Quite a long day for me... In the morning, I rushed to give tuition. The eight years old kid just coundn't keep his focus after 1 hour 15min..., and writing chinese seems so hard for him. So I let him go early...and left to Bt Panjang cc for yoga class. After that, returned home and ate my lunch. Then get myself ready (dressed in red) to meet my classmate BH at Kallang mrt and watch the NDP Preview in the evening...wanted to take bus there...but soon find out that my bro in law is going there to perform in ndp, why not hop into his car and save all my trouble and time? -- ya...good idea! However, he draged here and there..., and along the way, there are so many road block and traffic lights...haiz.., poor BH, kept calling me and urged me to hurry up!... complaining to me how scary and "horrible" it was when she saw so many policemen at Kallang MRT station: She has to ans the policemen why was she loitering ard the station!! OMG! -- so sorry, BH.. there were many traffic lights in red.. how many times I mumbbled "turn green!" in the car.

When reached the National Stadium, we were sitting at the same side as the Choir Group, with the heavy funpacks (with many bottles filled with water) with us. While waiting for the time to arrive, we chit chated and ate bread for dinner, trying to empty the funpacks so that it's not v heavy. Thanks to the hot, scorching sun, my skin turned darker after the parade. BH was trying to find her mini fan which was somewhere in the funpack. However, after several searchings, she was unable to find it until it was about 5 plus in the afternoon. I shared my fan and umbrella with her till the sky turned dark. And then, it's my turn -- unable to find my handphone-like touch light. She found it for me, at last...after I told her I'd searched thouroughly...-_-" *laughed at me!!

Oh ya...BH thought that the handphone-like touch light was a "real" handphone when she first "discover" it in her goodybag. She stunned for a while when saw the "handphone". After I'd told her what it was actually, her "happiness" went down the drain. -- That's how funny she was!!

We took lot's of pictures there. Hope to view all my pics asap, man ! Probably in next 2 weeks time...?

We both amazed by the parashoots, jets and fire works although we watched it every year's NDP on TV. The view and feelings right on the spot in NDP is totally different from watching the TV at home. The atmosphere was high. Cheers are super loud !
